We want to draw your attention to the following Edutel Higher Education policy documents that were recently amended. They are:

• PO44-SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY AUGUST 2023
• PO46-COMMUNICATION POLICY AUGUST 2023

The general principle of “ ignorantia juris non excusat (Latin for “ignorance of the law excuses not”),^[1] or ignorantia legis neminem excusat (“ignorance of law excuses no one”),^[2] is a legal principle holding that a person who is unaware of a law may not escape liability for violating that law merely by being unaware of its content “ (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ignorantia_juris_non_excusat),  also applies to the policy documents of Edutel Higher Education.  It is therefore in your best interest to make sure that you are familiar with their content at all times.

These documents, like all other policy documents of Edutel Higher Education are available on Edutel Online for your perusal.
